THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY.
RESIDENTS USE THIS FACILITY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
1. NO DIVING, RUNNING, HORSEPLAY, EXCESSIVE NOISE LEVELS, ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR ABUSE OF POOL PROPERTY
2. NO CHILD UNDER 16 YEARS OLD WITHOUT AN ADULT 18 OR OVER.
3. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR & SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN
4. LIMIT OF 4 GUESTS PER FAMILY. Guests must be accompanied by resident while visiting the pool. Resident is responsible for the behavior of their guests. DON’T lend your pool card out to anyone.
5. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE REQUIRED. Only clothing designed to be swimwear may be worn. No cut-offs, jeans or t-shirts allowed in the pool. Children that are not potty trained should be in a swim diaper.
6. LONG HAIR SHOULD BE PULLED BACK AT ALL TIMES
7. NO FLOTATION DEVICES at all except arm floaties, noodles, or safety floatation for children.
8. NO TOYS OR SPORTS EQUIPMENT other than designed for pool or bathtub use allowed.
9. NO GRILLS permitted.
10. NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED. Drinks are allowed in the pool area but not allowed in or near the water.
11. NO PETS ALLOWED
12. NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS, DRUGS, OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
13. NO SEXUAL CONTACT in pool or surrounding area.
14. TRASH MUST BE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. Trash can be thrown away in garbage can on site or taken back to resident’s home.
15. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF WHEN USING THE RESTROOMS. The restrooms are cleaned and sanitized once a week.
16. NO SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, BIKES OR OTHER VEHICLES allowed
17. NO PARTIES ALLOWED due to limited space & consideration of all homeowners.
18. HOA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
19. NO CLIMBING, JUMPING, DIVING OR SITTING ON WATERFALL
20. VANDALISM & USING THE POOL AFTER HOURS will result in loss of pool access immediately & criminal charges will be pursued
21. ANY DAMAGES OR COST INCURRED TO THE HOA POOL FROM DAMAGES OR NEGLIGENCE WILL BE BILLED TO THE HOMEOWNER & THE HOMEOWNER WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM THE POOL PERMANENTLY
22. POOL GATE SHOULD REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. Under no circumstances should the gate be propped open. The fence & gate are for residential protection.
23. TWO ACCESS METHODS ALLOWED PER HOUSE IN GOOD STANDING.
Replacement cards will cost $30, and old cards will be deactivated.
A resident who owes HOA dues or fines for violations is not in good standing,
and access will be revoked.
